Terms of Service
Anvelos Partner Program
1. Nature of Service
Anvelos Softwares provides technology services, system development, and continuous improvement support under the Anvelos Partner Program. This is a service-based engagement, not a guaranteed outcome or result-based contract.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver high-quality solutions:
- We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue growth, or performance results
- All recommendations are based on analysis and best practices, not certainty
3. Continuous Work & Billing
All work, including development, improvements, maintenance, and feature updates, is chargeable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Every task will be proposed, approved, and then billed.
4. Maintenance & Support Disclaimer
We provide best-effort support for system issues. However, we do not guarantee zero downtime or error-free systems. Resolution depends on system complexity, third-party dependencies, and external factors.
5. Third-Party Dependencies
We are not responsible for failures caused by hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, or external integrations.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, approve/reject proposals in a timely manner, and maintain access credentials securely.
7. Intellectual Property
All deliverables belong to the client after payment. Anvelos retains the right to reuse general knowledge, frameworks, and non-confidential learnings.
8. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with prior notice (e.g., 30 days). All completed or ongoing work must be fully paid before termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Anvelos Softwares shall not be liable for loss of revenue, business interruption, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages.
